Phase One (6 weeks)
Dosing for phase 1 vial
Pull 0.25mL (25cc) dose into a syringe and administer, (subcutaneous injection)
Once a week, for four weeks
On week 5 Pull 0.5mL (50 cc) dose into a syringe and administer, (subcutaneous injection)
Once a week for 2 weeks

Phase Two (6 weeks)
Dosing for Phase 2 Vial:
Pull 0.5mL (50cc) dose into a syringe and administer, subcutaneous injection
Once a week for 2 weeks. If weight loss plateaus titrate to 5 mg dose below
Pull 1 mL (100cc) dose into a syringe and administer, subcutaneous injection

Reconstitution Instructions:
